How do I place an order, and how far in advance should I place it?

We recommend starting the ordering process and filling out the order form found under the ORDER tab at least 4 weeks in advance. Booking window is 3 months priorate your event date (i.e. Booking for December will open in September 2020, and will remain open until all slots are filled. ) Large orders are able to be booked 6 months in advance. Upon availability, orders placed less than 14 days before pick up will incur a rush fee of 15% or $20.

What should I expect from the ordering process?

We will be in touch with you ASAP after your form is submitted. You should expect to hear from us within one week- it should never take longer. From there we will work together to solidify designs and payment. Your order is not confirmed until a payment is made.

What is the refund policy?

We understand that life happens, and will try to be as accommodating as possible. However as a small business there are limitations, and some cancellations will be reviewed in a case by case basis. Any cancellations made less than a month prior will not receive any refunds. However, any balance that has previously been paid for will be held for up to a year as a credit towards a future order.

I have allergies, can I still enjoy your desserts?

Slick’s Sweets operates from a home kitchen where nuts, and dairy may be present. Nuts are not used in our signature sugar cookies, and only used in specific specialty cake flavors. We do offer a Vegan, and gluten free cake option.

How are your cookies packaged?

Each cookie is heat sealed individually in a clear cellophane bag. the option to add a bow or tag is optional as an upchare.
